2. Booking Terms
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. A booking deposit is required to secure your reservation. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to tour departure. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Kitzel Tours Portugal.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable. In case of emergency, please contact us immediately.
4. Liability and Safety
Kitzel Tours Portugal operates tours in compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides. Kitzel Tours Portugal is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to property during tours unless caused by direct negligence of our staff.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must be at least 18 years old to book tours (minors require parental consent). You agree to provide accurate information during booking. You are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents and insurance. Participants with medical conditions should consult a doctor before joining physically demanding tours.
